The current climate affected by economics worldwide has caused severe disruptions and increases to all postage and shipping services. Dahut Creations by Waterwench© attempts to keep all postage and shipping costs to a minimum by using standard postage and in the event heavier artworks are purchased outside of WA requiring postage, a courier service can be engaged. All care is taken to ensure items are packaged safely and securely. 

Options:

Dahut Creations by Waterwench© uses standard Domestic and International Australia Post at this time for the majority of items requiring postage. Postage options are available on request at time of purchase and or order enquiry

2. Australia Post Express
3. Courier (Rate quote to be requested based on location and item)

Dimensions and weight

• Dimensions and weight of each work is stated and this is used to calculate postage costs of the items being purchased if the items are not unframed prints on either art cartridge or material. (these items are free standard postage worldwide)
• Dimensions and approximate weight of each work and or product is stated and this is used to calculate postage costs at the time of purchase.

Free Local Pickup and or delivery

Everything I create and offer for sale is available for local pickup as well as free local delivery within a 30km radius of my workshop. I also obtain quotes for heavier works for delivery within Australia from varying courier companies, with the economic climate causing all of us so much stress and heartache all around our beautiful planet, patience is needed when it comes for waiting for anything to arrive via post, whether it be Australian or International.

• Due to the nature of encaustic , resin and glass creations, the postage can be very expensive. If you wish to purchase these heavier items, every effort will be made to reduce the cost of postage. 

Over the years I had ceased selling and posting to international customers as their country's import and gift taxes and duties became exorbitant on top of the massive increase by Australia Post for International Postage, I have however found that by offering works of art unframed on art cartridge, flat canvas panels and or material, I have been able to commence to provide free standard Australian and Basic International postage for these works.

All products, including customised personalised items, handcrafted items and artworks come with care and usage instructions. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all products are quality checked before leaving to the new owner, the product needs to be cared for as stated in the information sheet provided.

Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods and or Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

• The Goods and or Products were purchased in the last 14 days 
• The Goods and or Products are in the original packaging 

The following Goods and or Products  cannot be returned: 

• The supply of Goods and or Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned
• The supply of Goods and or Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods or Products purchased have NOT had the provided care instructions followed
• The supply of Goods and or Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 

Dahut Creations by Waterwench©1978 to Date reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion. 

Returning Goods and Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Dahut Creations by Waterwench©1978 to Date. Please make contact with Dahut Creations by Waterwench©1978 to Date to arrange a return.

Dahut Creations by Waterwench©1978 to Date cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery. 

Gifts & Gift Cards
If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. 

If the Products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give at a later date, Dahut Creations by Waterwench©1978 to Date will send the refund to the gift giver (original purchaser).
