The date is approaching fast and I am finally making preparations. Don’t miss out!

The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as I am always up to something new and exciting.
Art and Craft, in all her countless forms, is not simply about some paint and a brush. There is so much more to 'art'
I firmly believe we all have a creative part of us, especially those who tell me 'I can't even draw a stick figure' - I have had the greatest privilege of guiding and teaching these beings and seeing the pride on their faces is one of the biggest rewards I have received.
'Art' & Craft - along with that creative side CAN be learnt regardless of the age we are. Learn the why, the how and the rich history of creating art, from what to buy, initial ideas, to planning, sketching, layout, technical, safety & technique stuff, how to be an intuitive creator. but most importantly - re teach yourself to know that
YOU ARE CREATIVE no matter what you chose to create with or on.
Because too many go online to watch ‘others’ creating art so they can reproduce the same or similar. What these 'how to' don't show is the very start of anything being created, no matter what that is, the mistakes or stuff ups and the best way to avoid them or not do them again or the very important safety requirements of what you are using to create with.
Then you rush out and 'buy all the 'recommended brands of mediums and media, substrates and equipment then....
insert here the vision of many items, some unboxed or re boxed because it was ALL to confusing, sitting in a corner, alone and forgotten - collecting DUST!
Gumtree, social media de stash pages and marketplaces on line and off are a bargain hunters delight for creators who took the steps to know before they bought ANYTHING...
KNOW ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT FIRST!
This isn't just the paints or other mediums and media you will be using, it is everything that goes along with commencing that fabulous creation…regardless what that creation will be.
The web, market stalls, in store shops and our communities are flooded with uncountable creations on walls in homes, drink ware, clothing etc - ALL are mass produced - the same sayings, images and artwork.
I have old glassware and other objects that I have either found in thrift stores or been given that I repurpose, (some I fill with soy wax and a wick, some I use as a vase or a light) all with one of a kind original art placed onto them in my home or I have gifted to others - it truly is that simple! You just need to think outside the recommendations and labels.
Learn how to create and make one of a kind, truly unique and original creations.

And here is WHY...
Some of the other branded and non branded vinyls are PVC heat transfer, but have been labelled as the environmentally friendly PU heat transfer. PVC manufacturing is toxic to the environment & may cause toxicity in animals and humans if chewed/eaten (we know furry and non furry family and babies like to chew everything). Think about that when you have heated up a heat press, heat gun or heat of any type to use with your vinyls!
PVC/PU HTV does not last with any longevity, and will crack and fade after a few washes.
Be assured, Dahut Creations by Waterwench© does NOT use PVC/PU heat transfer vinyls. I will never use PVC/PU heat transfer vinyls to create with.
You can be assured these are ALL premium quality products used by professionals world wide and using them correctly is what learning is ALL about.
Private one on one tuition example - Dahut Creations by Waterwench©
At Dahut Creations by Waterwench© I believe that art in all her forms has the power to inspire, connect and transform.
My mission is to share my own knowledge, learn from others and bring together a supportive community of artists, crafters and all who are wanting to delve into the amazing and endless world of art. I firmly believe that shared knowledge fosters a vibrant creative community no matter the media or medium. My blog has many things I have written to share my knowledge (and lack of) and the many things I have learnt throughout the decades.
To this end I have created a Facebook group where I willingly share my own knowledge, tips and tricks, the why, the how and the why not with others in the hope that they too will begin their own creative journey confidently and with knowledge that is informed and correct and not a heavily edited YouTube how to video. I also know that I will learn from all who chose to engage with this group - no ONE is ever an expert - we all have to learn each and every moment and grow from all the learned and shared knowledge.
From materials, to suppliers I have an extensive list to share in addition to knowledge - the suppliers and materials I use I would NEVER recommend unless I know first hand from using them myself that they will produce the results we all want to achieve when we are creating - creating correctly and fully informed and armed with the correct tools and information not based on sponsored products or materials or suppliers.
